The award is also a consideration of maintaining high quality in our employer branding work.

- I think one of the reasons for receiving this great award is that Ragn-Sells is a company that makes a difference. Sustainability and a higher purpose is something many companies try to find - we have it naturally. Also being active in social media and communicating good examples have contributed to the fact that we are on the list - and of course our summer trainee program, says Eva Hjelm, HR Manager Ragn-Sells Sweden.

The jury has looked at criteria such as the organization's career pages on the website, the presence in social channels, and attractiveness as an employer.

- As a recycling company, we have good colleagues in very many exciting areas - and each one contributes in ways that make our world better every day. About the selection process

About 1000 companies and organizations in Sweden have participated in the selection process. They have been rated by an expert panel consisting of HR specialists, career counselling, web and digital marketing. From the expert panel's selection of 200 companies, an expert jury has chosen the final list of 100 Career companies.

These are the basic criteria for becoming a Career Company:

  • At least 250 employees and / or 250 million in turnover
  • Personnel manager is present in the organization
  • Recruiting organizations

"Career Company" is an annual award since 2011.
